Please download, review and complete the 4 application forms below for everything you need to apply. Please return forms and application fee of $100 (waived before February 28, 2013) to Rockland Jewish Academy, 450 West Nyack Road, West Nyack, NY 10994. Forms can also be faxed to fax # 845-627-0020.
For tuition assistance applicants, the enrollment contract is voidable and fee is fully refundable should the assistance package not meet your needs.
